This guy can do it all: Specialty and All- Breed! What a nice boy! Great movement while being clean, good bone, good temperament, nice plush coat and great presence while standing in the ring! We also have his coated sister KC (soon to be on girls page). They will both add much needed new bloodline to our already nicely developed lines. Jackson's accomplishments so far include

  • 2nd in his large quality filled teenage class at the 2007 Mid-Atlantic Futurity in Virginia under Martha Rinke.
  • Best puppy at Southern New Jersey GSD Club under Dan Smith.
  • Reserve under Marjorie Tuff with good competition
  • Best Adult at Delaware Valley's specialty match under Pamela O' Dell
  • Best Adult at Diamond State's specialty match under Betsy Geishen Scott
  • Reserve Best of Opposite Maturity at the Mid-Atlantic Maturity. Thank You Judge Kathaleen Strong and handler's Lenny Brown and Scott Mayle.
  • Winners dog and Best of Winners at the Riverside West Kennel Club of Greater New Orleans under Judge Amy Safdir.
  • Winners Dog for a Major at the South Hills Kennel Club under Judge Patricia Gellerman. The next day he won a major reserve under Judge Lester Mapes.

Jackson's Breeders are: Brenda Newby, James and Sheree Moses. We here at Von Hornberger want to thank Brenda, Jimmy, and Sheree for intrusting their beautiful boy to us and in the hopes we can return the favor in a new future Champion!

We have high hopes for her in the show ring. She already garnered a Best Puppy at the Diamond State German Shepherd Specialty Match under Breeder/Judge Betsy Geishen Scott and a Best Opposite Puppy at the York German Shepherd Specialty Match under Breeder/Judge Sheree Moses

Jason got his call name Chip, from his mom, Karen. She always said he had fat cheeks, like a chipmunk when he was a baby. Chip was one of my bottled fed babies (view past puppies) the one in the middle, of the group babies lined up.
 
Chip is a fantastic mover, great shoulder with good reach and opens up fully with good rear follow through. He's won many puppy classes and went 2nd in his National Futurity quality filled class of 10 dogs in the Mid- Atlantic region under Fred Migliore

 FLASH!! Chip earned his Temperament Certification from the GSDCA on August 17, 2007

Boy what a fantastic, smooth, elastic mover. You name it and she`s got it !
Temperament, shoulder, front reach and rear under drive. She's pretty and elegant, if only she would use her ears more, she would be hard for any judge to deny.


Jala, like her brother Chip, went 2nd in her quality filled class of 9 (another sister, Stoly, was right behind her in 3rd) at their National Futurity in the Mid-Atlantic region under Fred Migliore.

Jala is owned, trained and handled by Patrick Mazepink.

Sunny D is  a low station, short coupled, very balanced, clean, good temperament, beautiful black/red German/American cross girl. We just started her AKC competition this spring and she's already garnished 2 RESERVES, out of the Novice Classes, with Strong competition. Not bad for just starting out. Of course she's handled and owned by Patrick Mazepink. Her grandfather was my sweet CH PT. SUNNY DELIGHT. We look to have a lot of fun with this home-bred girl.

FLASH! Tango won Best Puppy at the Anne Arundel German Shepherd Club specialty match under Judge Bonnie Jenkins.

Sora`s family opted to not have a show dog , instead just a pet, what a pity, she was a nice little show girl!
